CreditUp is an educational credit-building companion. We collect the information you provide during signup and the onboarding survey (your credit goal, self-reported score estimate, timeline, budget, and preferences) to personalize your plan and recommendations.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank passwords, full card numbers, or credit bureau login credentials. We do not access your actual credit reports or calculate official credit scores.

Your survey responses, plan tasks, product interactions, and lesson progress are stored securely and associated with your account. You can delete all of your data at any time from your Profile.

Outbound clicks on provider links are recorded in anonymized, aggregate form for analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
